How do you prepare your valuations?

We use cutting-edge software, linked with other valuation providers, to ensure we can make you the highest possible offer, right from the start.  Unlike other buyers, we are not interested in offering high, then finishing low.  Our offer will be clear from the beginning, and if you choose to accept it, that is the price you will receive at the end.

Very often, estate agents will over-inflate the price of a property to obtain commission or to attract multiple offers, when in reality the sale will complete at a much lower price.

Will the process take very long?

We are potentially able to complete in as little as 48 hours, however we are happy to work with your preferred timescales wherever this is possible.

My property isn't in good condition - am I still able to sell it?

Yes!  It will help us to understand the condition of your property from the outset; however whatever condition it happens to be in, we will be happy to make you an offer.

I've got a flat instead of a house.  Can I still request an offer?
